Mental health is a state of well-being that encompasses a person's feelings and behaviours in all aspects of their life.[1],[2] Youth face many changes in all areas of their life including, changing physical and emotional development, social relationships, and academic expectations that can affect their mental health.[3] People with positive mental health are able to function and cope with normal stresses of life.
