The Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph (WDG) Youth Charter of Rights is a document that describes a vision to make Wellington, Dufferin, and Guelph a better place for youth and families. It includes a series of statements that outline the responsibilities that our communities have for ensuring healthy development and bright futures for all of our youth. This Charter was adapted from the WDG Children's Charter of Rights through consultation and engagement with more than 100 local youth. It has been endorsed by 42 organizations and partnerships, demonstrating a strong community commitment to improving the lives and futures of our local youth.
