During the 2011/2012 school year, the WDG Coalition for Report Cards on the Well-Being of Children worked with the Upper Grand District School Board and the Wellington Catholic District School Board to implement the WDG Youth Survey.
The WDG Youth Survey is a voluntary, web-based survey that was completed during school hours in Grade 7 and Grade 10 classrooms. The survey asks questions about a variety of health and well-being topics, including physical activity, eating habits, time spent with family and friends, sense of safety, and school involvement.
